עו"ד מנשה קמפלר, מייסד המשרד, הוא יליד פילדלפיה שבארצות הברית, בוגר אוניברסיטת טמפל שבפילדלפיה (בהצטיינות) ובוגר הפקולטה למשפטים של אוניברסיטת בר-אילן משנת 1988. מנשה חבר בלשכת עורכי הדין בישראל מאז 1989 ופעיל במוסדות הלשכה עד היום.

מנשה ייסד את משרדו בשנת 1992, בראש העין, כאשר זו הייתה בתנופת פיתוח עצומה, וכיום זהו המשרד הוותיק ביותר בעיר. במהלך תקופת עבודתו כעורך דין, הוא היה שותף למאבקים ציבוריים ומשפטיים נגד העירייה.

מנשה נשוי ובעל משפחה. הוא מתגורר בקרני שומרון ורוכב על אופניים בדרך קבע.

Menashe Kampler is a native of Philadelphia U.S.A., a graduate Of Temple University in Philadelphia (Magna Cum Laude) (1984) and of the Bar Ilan Law School (LLB in 1988). Menashe was accepted to the Israeli Bar in 1989 and is still active in the Bar's institutions.
Kampler Law offices is the foremost and the most longstanding law office serving Rosh Haayin. Menashe has spearheaded Legal efforts concerning Many Municipal and Tax issues. Menashe is married and lives with his family in Karnei Shomron. Menashe is an avid bike rider and participates in the annual Alynride.org.
